Data collected
Through the site's forms (contact, quote, catalogue, appointment request, WhatsApp conversation): identity, professional contact details, organisation, position, territory, request type, training or subject concerned, description of your need, language, page of origin, any campaign parameters, and the text and date of your consent.
Purpose and legal basis
Responding to your enquiry (consent). No direct marketing without separate consent. Consent is managed separately for each brand in the BURNET&Co ecosystem.
Recipients and recording
Your requests are recorded in the central request-management database of the BURNET&Co ecosystem, marked with the PARAGON brand. They are accessible only to the teams responsible for answering them and are neither sold nor transferred. An appointment request is a recorded intention, not a booking: our team contacts you to agree on a time slot. The optional link to the BURNET&Co paid consultations calendar opens Cal.com, a third-party service subject to its own policy.
Retention period
Prospective client data is retained for a maximum of 3 years from the last contact, in line with the recommendations of the French data protection authority (CNIL).
Your rights
Access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability.
To exercise your rights, write to contact@burnetandco.com stating “[PARAGON] Personal data”. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL.
Cookies
This site currently uses no advertising cookies or third-party analytics tools. Any campaign parameters (UTM) in the URL are stored only in your browser for the duration of your session so they can be included with your enquiry. Any future analytics tool requiring consent will be preceded by a banner allowing you to choose.
